Valley Ranch Master Plan

Ideally situated at the intersection of I-69 and the Grand Parkway just north of Downtown Houston is the 1,400-acre master-planned community of Valley Ranch. Thousands of residents enjoy a community full of life, with world-class amenities like the community water park, 135 acre Town Grove Park and acclaimed New Caney ISD schools. At build-out, the community is planned to include 1,500 single-family homes and over 3,000 multi-family residences. As well as office, healthcare, and the 240-acre Valley Ranch Town Center bringing shopping, dining, entertainment and over 100 acres of parks and lakes to the North Houston market. 

The Districts:

Entertainment District/Valley Ranch Town Center

Valley Ranch Town Center encompasses 1.5 million sq. ft. of retail and mixed-use development across 240 acres including an 8,500-seat stadium, planned amphitheater, a Cinemark movie theater and a 456-unit luxury partment community, The Pointe at Valley Ranch Town Center.  The first phase of Valley Ranch Town Center opened Fall 2016.

Residential District

With nerly 2,000 single-family homes, Valley Ranch is planned to include over 3,000 multi-family residences.

Commerce District

Situated at the intersection of the I-69 (US 59) and The Grand Parkway, the 57-acre Commerce District is a master-planned corporate office park with over 1.5 million sq. ft. of mixed-used development including Class-A Office Space, full-service hotel and conference center along and multi-family.

Medical District

196 acres dedicated to preventative health, wellness and personalized medicine initiative.
